    • Thank you! I have a deep appreciation for anything “old” and “retro”. These things remind me where our advanced technology possessions come from. 🙂

    • It’s a fantastic chandelier at my grandmother’s house (she’s long gone but we have kept all her stuff and my parents live there now). I hope that some day I’ll be able to remodel part of my house to be able to feature this chandelier and some more of her stuff, to honour and remember her. 🙂

    • Well it might, but I have this phone in my house and it’s working just fine!I was shocked a couple of years ago when i was trying to find a rotary telephone toy for my youngest and all most of the saleswomen I spoke to, to the several stores I visited, didn’t know what a rotary phone was. They were showing me replicas of cell phones and looked at me as if I was from another world. I think that this is sad. I’m 42 and I’m sure that these girls’ parents are older than me but their children don’t have a clue about how the phone was invented. People are so wrapped up in technology having two or three cell phones to show off, and that’s all there is to it. It’s just sad and disappointing….
